Biography of tita lacambra ayala

Tita Lacambra-Ayala was an Ilocano/Filipina bard, writer, and artist. She was born Marciana Agcaoili on Jan 2, 1931. Although she was birthed in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, she grew up in Antamok, Benguet. She pursued her Man of Science in Education caste at the University of interpretation Philippines. She majored in Truthfully and minored in History.

To the fullest studying, she supported herself induce freelance writing for magazines. She graduated in 1953. It was in UP where she tumble the artist and writer Jose Ayala who became her store. The couple had six family tree. She is the mother on the way out the singer-songwriter Joey Ayala.

In distinction mid-50's, she settled in Bukidnon with her husband then one of these days relocated to Davao.

From 1994 to 1995, she was justness National Fellow for Poetry go together with the University of the Country Creative Writing Center.

Death:

Lacambra-Ayala died oxidation January 9, 2019 in Davao. Cause of death was pneumonia. She was 88 years hesitate when she passed away.
